Jupiter and Venus Smile I went for a walk after dinner last night. Suddenly I found some unusual phenomenon as I looked up the sky, I saw two stars and the new moon shaped a special picture which looks like a face with smile. It reminded me of a true story that happened not long ago. It was a night with full moon and gentle breeze. She told her she’s fond of enjoying the night with stars and moon. “Me too!” He answered, “Cause it looks so romantic, and I prefer watch the moon especially when I’m alone. In the moon-light nights, I love to ride a bike along the riverside while the lonely moon always runs after me. There has been four day since the Beijing Olympic Games opening ceremony was held, and some athletes have won medals in some games. Seeing their wonderful performance, a question occurred to me that is the entrance order for every country delegation. Everyone who pays attention to the opening ceremony may know the sequence was arranged by the strokes of the Chinese version of the first character for a country instead of by English letter except Greece and China because as the cradle of Olympia; to be sure Greece is the first one to enter, and China is the last one as the host. That is to say the fewer the strokes, the more priority the country is. For example, Guinea followed Greece, actually it is the first one to be arranged, because Guinea is 几内亚 in Chinese, according to Chinese character, there are two strokes for几, among the countries which attend to the 29th Olympics, 几 is the Chinese character with fewest strokes, and followed by 土 with three strokes and so on, since there are some countries with the same first character, the second character would be considered, then the third and so on. the opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic GamesHello, everyone, I’m so excited when I write the new entry, for, you see, The opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic Games was held in Bird’s Nest, the main stadium for the 29th Olympic Games last night. It is the most exciting and memorable time for us. 204 national delegations marched into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags. And spectacular performances were presented in the ceremony. Among them, that impressed me the best is that Liu Huan and Sara Brightman, who comes from UK sang the song You and Me standing on the earth rising slowly from the ground of Bird’s Nest. Indeed, all of us come from the same planet, we are friends like a big family. I do believe all the people in the world will live together peacefully in harmony. go ahead I went for a walk with my family after diner yesterday.
Perhaps because it had lasted raining for two weeks, I saw many people coming and going along the riverside as we arrived there. And what pleased me the most is that a one-or-two-year-old boy (I would rather call him a baby boy) was walking with staggering gaits like a drunk man usually do, and he even pushed his young mother when she wanted to pull his hands.
However, with a boom, the boy fell down on the tile. He stared at his mother with his innocent and big eyes, lying on his stomach while both of his hands were supporting his body. It looked as if he wanted help from his mother. With an encouraging smile, she said, "Stand up, my darling!"
knowing his mother wouldn't pull him, he got up by himself right away, then dusted his lappet with his little hands and went forward to the front along the riverside.
Enjoying his staggering gaits in sunset, I thought how nice it is, Stand up by yourself bravely and dust, then go ahead when you fall anytime, for ,everybody knows who can guarantee he would never fall in his lifetime. I must get stronger in trouble Don't Cry, Even Suffering
I don' know why I'm not doing well this year with my career. I always say to myself I should try my best to be kind and mercyful, however someone around me makes me trouble. This afternoon I was so sad that I couldn't help controling tears coming out from my eyes. How I wanted to say to Buddha,"oh, the greatest god of mine, can you understand me? I'm really innocent, how can you look at me going into the trouble, would you like to help me?Help, help,help!"
Being helpless, the god didn't give me any response. I have to persuade myself, It's no use for me to pain in mind, I should get stronger , don't cry, even suffering, life is but a hard and tortuous journey, any trouble will pass one day. Wenchuan quakeWenchuan quake aroused the love of people, someone even wrote poems to express their sad feelings to the victims in the disaster. Here is a poem named as 生死不离(it means Never parting) written on May 13th, the next day of the quake happening. On May 14, Jack Chan, a famous action acter, asked Shu Nan compose for it . Listening to a very sad funeral music at 14:28 this afternoon, I was so touched when I mourned the earthquake victims of Wnchuan, Sichuan province of Southwest China. It’s so hard for me to imagine why so many people suffered such a huge in minutes. But that is true. According to newly statistics of State Department of PRC (till 4.p.m May 19), there are 34073 people killed, and 245108 people injured in the strong earthquake-hit. And It is said that there are still 5260 people buried under the ruins. Further more, a lot of buildings collapsed and roads and other public facilities were destroyed. What a large tragedy for China! Yep, 2008 is an unlucky year for China. In the first month of the year, we suffered a strong snow storm, which caused a few railways and airports had to be closed and 2 million passengers were resorted in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong, above 100 million people were hit by the natural adversity, and the loss of treasure had amounted to more than 53 billion yuan RMB. After two months, i.e, on March 14, riots was broken out in Tibet, northwest of China, and then during the period of Beijing Olympic Games torch relay, some members from TYC attempted to block the great activity. And now, a strong earthquake happened in Sichuan. However, facing so many troubles, brave and strong Chinese people weren’t downcasted. Under the leadership of the central government of PRC, China has conquered all of the difficulties. After Wenchuan earthquake was hit at 14:28 May 12, last Tuesday afternoon, Wen Jiabao, the premier of the central government of PRC, flied to Sichuan and directed the rescue activity by himself, he stressed that all-out efforts to rescue quake victims. “we should make 100 times efforts only if there is a ray of hope to find a life ”, he said. Later, president Hu Jingtao went there too. We must say both the CPC and the central government of PRC pay attention to this rescuing, 113080 PLA men and policemen were sent to participate in the rescue. And many rescuers were very brave and unselfish, they tried their best to save people under the ruins with high spirit, they always said no-giving up saving lives. Affected by the government, Chinese people presented unprecedented unitive.Some people voluntarily took part in the rescue, and some foreigners even threw into the combat of the earthquake. So 33434 people have been saved from the ruins, and 52934 have been sent to hospitals for curing. Great love always exists in a huge disaster. Indeed, Wencjuan earthquake has aroused the love of human including home and abroad. The people all over the world contributed funds so as to help the people living in the disaster area rebuild houses. The Founds has received 10834 million yuan totally till Monday, May 19, 2008. Besides, the central government also desided to begin three-day national mourning for the tens of thousands of people killed in a powerful earthquake at 14:28 from May 19 to 21. and Beijing Olympic Games torch relay would pause during the three days.Today was the first Mourning day, and China's national flag flies at half-mast after the flag-raising ceremony on Monday morning. In a word, during the combat of earthquake, both Chinese and Foreigners composed a Chorale, let’s feel the world filled with love. I’m so glad that we human support the sky with love in helping the disaster area, and I’ve also realized that we Chinese are so strong and our country is so great.
